Beads and Bobcats

By the second pack meeting, most of our den, as well as some other new Scouts, had earned their Bobcat.  The boys also received their first beads, to wear on their paw prints.  

The boys all took it very seriously!

 Soon it was time for the Bobcat ceremony.  Our pack does a painted face ceremony, which not all do.  It was very special for the Scouts, and as the Leaders, we were proud to start the boys on their trail.
