The Tigers go to the radio station

Thanks to Tiger leader Jim, the Tigers finished their final rank advancement requirement Monday night.  Mr. Jim arranged for us to visit 920 WPCM, B-town's radio station.  Carson, a disk jockey there, gave us the tour, and the Tigers left with a lot of information, along with making a radio appearance!  We were also complimented, not only that we are a very active group, but that we asked a lot of questions and interacted with him!  Being a small space, we had to divide into two groups for the tour.

G and T listen to the explanation of how radio works

Mr. Carson's artwork to explain how an antenna "catches" the radio waves

Showing the Tigers the difference between the old and new equipment

Looking up, up, up at the tower

Lots of questions about the tower, like, "What if it fell?"

One half of the Tigers

Explaining how to record, and showing what his voice looks like on the computer

Serious Tigers

Yep, that's more normal!

Right before they went on air, not a big spot, but they said (sort of) "920 WPCM"
